Cornwall Development Company is recruiting for a number of Key Workers (Client Advisors) within the successful Lizard Pathways team to deliver employment support to individuals.
As well as the existing Work Routes and Positive People programmes, Lizard Pathways have recently commenced delivering the exciting new ESF initiative, Health Works for Cornwall.
Lizard Pathways works to support individuals’ progression into sustainable employment for the economic wellbeing of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and thanks to investment from the European Social Fund (ESF), the Community Fund and Cornwall Council investment this work is expanding.
We are recruiting Key Workers (Client Advisors) that will join our team to provide direct Information Advice and Guidance support; identifying client goals and aspirations and helping to overcome barriers to employment or training.

Our Key Workers (Client Advisors) deliver employment and skills support to a wide range of unemployed people within our community. We welcome applications from motivated candidates who can demonstrate the personal skills needed to encourage and support our clients to achieve their aspirations and goals.
Previous experience within the welfare to work sector is welcomed, however we do encourage applicants with strong transferrable skills from any sector or background to consider this role.
Currently we are working remotely and safely during times of COVID, however in the future we hope that the role will revert back to our long-standing outreach services, providing face to face support for our clients.

CTI Compliance Manager
Starting salary £24,484.19 per annum (pro rata)
29.6 hours per week (0.8FTE)
Fixed-term to 30 September 2021, with a possibility of extending to 30 June 2023 subject to funding approval
We’re looking for a confident and highly organised Compliance Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an ambitious project promoting Cornwall as the place to do business.
The Compliance Manager plays a vital part in achieving our objectives, acting as the key point of contact within the team and owning the compliance and administrative processes.
As Compliance Manager you’ll be responsible for all initial potential investor and export support recipient enquiries on behalf of Cornwall Trade & Investment – developing a highly credible knowledge of the project and wider investment / trade issues to enable an efficient service for all clients.
Attention to detail is key – you will be accountable for the design and implementation of processes and procedures and assisting the Director of Trade and Investment with monthly reporting. You will also have full responsibility for maintaining impeccable client records in line with ERDF requirements and will lead on the continued development and management of the project’s client relationship management system.
Due to COVID-19 the role is temporarily remote with the expectation of working from our offices in Pool, Redruth, in the near future.
